ASAMBLEA GENERAL 2016


El pasado 24 de septiembre, tuvo lugar la Asamblea General de Socios de la Asociación Galega de Linfedema. La jornada se desarrolló al largo de toda la mañana. En el evento, ademáis de debatir los asuntos internos y propios, se avaluó los aspectos estratégicos, la dinamización, y proyección de la entidad.


La jornada se completó con dos charlas, que respondían a necesidades detectadas en la Asociación, y relacionadas con la enfermedad: 

1ª Ponencia / Aspectos nutricionales más relevantes e importantes a tener en cuenta en la enfermedad del Linfedema? 

Aquí se contó con la colaboración y presencia del Doctor Carlos Spuch, neurocientífico e investigador del Área Sanitaria Sur de Galicia. La charla se enfocó hacia la necesidad de reflexionar acerca de los alimentos que ingerimos, y la eliminación de falsos mitos en la alimentación actual, así como de las tendencias comerciales de los alimentos prohibidos o recomendados.

2ª Ponencia / La Discapacidad, entendida de un modo integral. 

Recursos socio-económicos e institucionales que trabajan en pro de la promoción, protección, y derechos de las personas afectadas. Se contó aquí con la intervención de la Trabajadora Social de COGAMI - Ana Belén Moreno Morales.

Finalmente el evento remató con una Comida de Confraternización de las personas asociadas, y con un monólogo sobre género a cargo de una actriz aficionada, que amenizó el evento y provocó las risas y el divertimento de las personas asistentes.

THE LYMPHEDEMA ASSOCIATION OF GALICIA GENERAL ASSEMBLY 2016

On September 24th, the General Assembly of Members of the Galician Association of Lymphedema was held. The event lasted throughout the morning. Apart from internal affairs, other topics like strategic aspects and projection of the organization were valued.

 The day was completed with two lectures, both responding to needs identified in the association, and related to the disease:

1st Presentation / Most relevant and important nutritional considerations concerning Lymphedema.

Dr. Carlos Spuch

This lecture was presented by Dr. Carlos Spuch, ( Biomedical Scientist of the Biomedical Research Institute of Vigo). The speech focused towards the need to reflect on food and eating habits, and the elimination of false myths conserning today's food, as well as commercial trends related to prohibited or recommended foods.

2nd Presentation / Disability understood in a comprehensive way.

Ana Belen Moreno

The speaker was Social Worker Ana Belen Moreno Morales of COGAMI. The lecture focused on the social, economical and institutional resources working towards the promotion, protection, and rights of those affected by a disability. 

The day finished with a fraternity meal and a monologue by an amateur actress, who enlivened the event and caused laughter and amusement of the audience.



This event was held with the collaboration of the HOTEL CONGRESO - Santiago de Compostela.
